VaDance Studio.......

January 2008 begins the inside decisions.  Flooring, wall and trim choices, ceilings and equipment must be selected.

Brian Byers measures and presents ideas for the flooring in the dance studio.  The open ballroom area is almost 3200 square feet.  The dance floor will be 2 1/2 inches floating off the foundation surface to make dancing a dream.  The other areas will be carpeted and tiled.

Jason Hogan measures and prepares sub-floor along with Brian Byers.  Both are co-owners of H & B Construction.  They are covering all of the floors, as well as, installing doors and trimming out the studio.

Brian is inspecting the wood selection which is grown and cut in Virginia.  4 1/2 inch white select oak is chosen for its beauty and hardness.  The wood flooring is ready to lay the last week in February.

Rick Morcom of MG Interiors stops in to inspect the ceiling grid for the new ballroom.
Sub-floors are going down, ceiling grids are going up and trim and walls are being painted as we pass the mid-point of February 2008.

Drywall begins going up at the beginning of February
